Introduction:

The law of construction projects through the participation of banks and other financial resources was approved in novemver 2016, according to which the construction , maintenance and operation of freeways were implemented through BOT (buid,operation and transfer) investment.

Tehran - Shomal Freeway Co, (Affiliated to Mostazafan Fundation of Islamic Revolution) was established based on the approval of the cabinet of ministers and the above law, and the partnership contarct was concluded between the ministry of roads and Tehran -  Shomal Freeway Co, for the purpose of construction, maintenance and operation of Tehran - Chalus Freeway.

Tehran - Shomal Freeway Co, attempts to start for the construction, maintenance and operation of Tehran - Chalus Freeway on a partnership basis. This company relies on its committed and the specialized human power and using domestic and foreign financial resources and modern technologies according to the economy policies.
