Tehran - Shomal Freeway Co, ( Affiliated to Mostazafan Fundation Islamic Revolution ) was established based on the approval of the cabinet of ministers and the law of construction projects through the participation of banks and other financial resources.
 
The main mission performed by this company is construction, manitenance and operation of Tehran - Chalus Freeway according to the partnership contract was concluded with the ministry of roads and Urban Development.
